Pros (+) Location good, pool was clean, friendly staff, front porch was nice.
Cons (-) Room a bit cramped but only slept there, water pressure could be better. Coffee was not memorable.

Pros (+) The location was great! We wanted a place right by the beach and on the boardwalk. They were very friendly when we arrived and explained everything clearly they have parking too. The room was good and better compared to the other places I looked at in the area. There was free coffee/tea/hot chocolate in the lobby. The pool was nice and had a bar.
Cons (-) The elevators were small and took a while to work, but I didn't mind since we were on the second floor. The place was very noisy at night when trying to sleep. The walls are thin and you could hear people in the hallway and downstairs leaving (the doors kept constantly opening and closing at night) which made it hard to sleep. Cons (-) Not really anything to complain about due to the price and location. I guess the bathroom is small but I am not living there so it was not a deal breaker.
