The pictures looked great but in person it looks like an old motel they tried to renovate. The lobby and restaurant were pretty nice. Rooms were super dirty. Had black feet from walking around barefooted in the room even after requesting the tile floors be mopped. Location was terrible, worried each morning walking to the car that the windows would be smashed or the car gone. The crime in this are...

Cons (-) I was in a second floor exterior facing motel room with no elevator. They did not say this was an option. All the hotel photos look like a regular hotel. I should have been in an area with an elevator and part of the hotel. Not a scary out building. There were foot prints all over the floor and the rug was wet. All and all DISGUSTING

Pros (+) Have stayed 2x and both times, staff was responsive, room was clean and beds comfortable. Rooms away from noisy street. Room 133 a bit drafty but not noisy. Security guard at night checks all cars coming in and makes note of them. Gate closes a bit more. Convenient for us to Bart to SFO and drive around as needed.
Cons (-) Door had some air leaks but not too bad. TV channels seems to be mostly Ads.

Pros (+) The rooms are standard, comfortable hotel rooms, with good beds, linens, with the extras of a standard refrigerator, microwave, and desk. A spacious enough place to work and sleep in.
Cons (-) The hotel is old and tired and the hallways are gaudy and brightly lit. The area looks very industrial and the hotel is right next to the freeway (though the noise doesn't come through on the inner side). Close to the airport and stadium, so convenient, just not a place you want to go for a stroll.

Pros (+) We got in from our flight to the Oakland airport late at night and the Radisson hotel shuttle came and picked us up promptly. The driver was very nice and polite. When we got to the hotel it was very late at night but the hotel staff was welcoming and pleasant. We also had to leave early in the morning but for our very short stay, it was a good one.

Pros (+) Room. Bed. Bath. Fantastic. Very modern and comfortable
Cons (-) Did not service my room (empty trash, fresh towels, replace Keurig coffee etc. etc. ). Door let in to much hallway noise and light. Restaurant poorly managed, would suggest planning on eating off site.
