Pros (+) The GSR was very helpful and accommodating.
Cons (-) For a non-smoking room it still smelled of smoke. The room was very clean and fresh, the bed spread appeared fresh and sheets were clean the mattress was covered with a protector.it was overall a good stay even though the building is older. For the money and with very close proximity to just about everything with in walking distance proves to be a reasonable stay

Cons (-) Tub was dirty, hair ask overt it. Wasn't cleaned prior to stay.
