Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praise the hotel's central location near the train station and public transport, making it convenient for travel and sightseeing. However, reviews overwhelmingly criticize the cleanliness of rooms and bathrooms, with frequent mentions of dirt, mold, and poor maintenance. Many guests also report issues with service, describing staff as unhelpful, absent, or unable to communicate in languages other than French. Bathrooms are often described as dirty, poorly equipped, or inconveniently located. While a few guests found the beds acceptable and appreciated the proximity to attractions, the overall experience is marred by significant cleanliness and service concerns.
