Cons (-) 1. being placed across the hall from the elevator! Since this is my 1st stay there, I would know where to request a room next time. 2. desk person not very helpful and acted as if he would rather be doing something else or not working at all. could use a course in customer service.
Pros (+) Stayed with my three kids. Our room did NOT have a balcony like the picture showed. And while there was TV they received absolutely NO kid channels. One plus side was the free WiFi and my children had tablets. However I would NOT recommend this hotel for children. Cons (-) No kid TV channels. We we're originally told we'd have a balcony. We did NOT. When I asked for new towels they'd only give me two at a time. There was 4 of us. Fire place didn't work. The start button was removed.
