Pros (+) Excellent location, across from Penn Station with access to the subway lines and trains. Easy walk to Empire State Bldg, Times Square and Central Park. Very clean and excellent staff. Highly recommend.

Pros (+) Location was great for what we needed, very close to fashion district, not far from theaters and time square. Price was good
Cons (-) Breakfast room was a bit crowded, three elevators sometimes take too long to arrive, at least they are large and fast, not really a draw back
Pros (+) Breakfast spread was above average, the roof top bar was very good -- great views. Rooms were comfortable and bathrooms were in good.
Cons (-) Lots of school groups, so the lobby was always a zoo. Probably not an issue except during summer.

Pros (+) Early check in was wonderful. I was able to put my bag in the room and freshen up before attending my LANDMARK SEMINAR next door. Rooms are tiny tiny but clean with luxury basics. Pool/whirlpool/sauna would be greatly appreciated. Breakfast excellent. Thank you.
Cons (-) Room rates high end. Beds are full sized or small queens so Bed-sharing not real option if you want total cpmfort.
