Pros (+) There was a two hour blackout and the emergency lights never went on. I complained about that. I was told that they were working on it. The next night there was twenty minute blackout and the emergency lights were working.
Cons (-) There should be a system to contact everyone to reassure them that everything is alright during a blackout.
