Pros (+) The staff was super friendly and accommodating, the breakfast was fantastic and the hotel smelt so good!
Cons (-) The location seemed strange to me and parking was a little rough, but that cannot really be changed.

Pros (+) Definitely dirty hotel overrun with bedbugs, no hygiene and lack of interest by employees to report such situation. They should close the hotel for such a lousy service
Pros (+) The staff was very friendly and made us feel welcome and important. We would stay here again and since my daughter lives in Wauwatosa we probably will.
Cons (-) The fan noise from the heating/cooling unit was a bit too loud for me. The room was not luxurious but a good value and was neat and clean.
Pros (+) The beds were so comfortable that I didn't want to get out of bed. The continental breakfast was the best hotel breakfast that I have ever had.
