Pros (+) The hotel was in a great location on the town piazza, walking distance to the train and bus stations, clean, had English speaking television channels, surrounded by great restaurants and shops, and offered a great breakfast.
Cons (-) The gentleman behind he front desk was not friendly nor helpful. He acted put out with any question we asked. Our tv remote did not work. The woman at the front desk sent someone to fix it and we were able to get an English speaking channel until we turned it off and then it wouldn't wok again.
Pros (+) It was very clean and close to public transportation.
Cons (-) Although it was great how close to public transportation the hotel was, the entire building was vibrating when a train was approaching the station.
