Cons (-) I reserved my room using American Express. When I got to the location, I learned they do not accept American Express. What?!?!? Since it was business and my company credit card is American Express, I left and did not stay. Very odd to me that I could reserve the room, holding it with American Express, but could not pay that way. Very strange.
