Pros (+) Love returning to the Luna. Hotel is not the Four Seasons, but it meets our needs. Location is great, away from busy areas, cruise ship visitors don't make it this far North in the hotel zone. Many good restaurants within walking distance. Short pulmonia ride to Walmart or Soriano for groceries which are needed for a 4 week stay.
Cons (-) WiFi is really, really bad. Reservations are very hard to make. I would love to have at least one employee on staff who speaks English very well to handle are problems.
