Pros (+) Staff was very helpful. Really appreciate the efforts of folks like Keriatta Jackson to provide a great breakfast for guests each day.
Cons (-) Noise at 3am one night and 4am another. We ended up having to get the front desk to ask the folks in the room next to us to stop banging their door and in the room. They did quiet down after a couple of calls from the front desk.
Pros (+) Warm breakfast, comfortable bed and room was clean.

Cons (-) Neighborhood kids vs employee kids eating breakfast - had their school backpacks on. No info at check in - where elevator was, breadtfadt times etc. Same cheerio on floor in my room for entire stay tells me carpet wasn't vacuumed.
Cons (-) Breakfast was a bit of a disappointment. Food was cold and felt like it had been sitting for a few days.
Pros (+) Bed was comfortable. Although the room was small, it is fine if you are only using the sleep in.
Cons (-) The room was small compared to other hotels. Breakfast was reheated eggs and sausage. I would rather not have the breakfast and have a lower price for the night.
Pros (+) I loved how clean and new it was. Most of the staff was wonderful and kind! The soup and cookies was a great bonus.
Cons (-) Housekeeping woke me up at 7:30am to clean. I really wanted to sleep longer that morning. Also, when I checked out - the man at the desk was very rude and mean when there was a discrepancy about me adding another night. He spoke to me like I was stupid and I hadn't done anything wrong.
