Really close to universities and the major roads in Lynchburg. Great value for the money. However, this is not a luxury hotel. Two full size beds in our room. Doable but tight quarters. Many items were in need of TLC, such as wallpaper in the bathroom coming off, drooping shower curtain, and unclean behind things. Although it didn't effect me this time, the wifi wasn't a strong signal in my room.
