Pros (+) It is located right next to the Paddington station, so it was easy to get to even though my plane arrived in London at 11 pm. The room was clean and the bathroom was mostly adequate.
Cons (-) The hallways were very narrow and shabby, I mean really shabby with peeling wallpaper, and dings and dirt. The mattresses were uncomfortable, the toilet wouldn't flush unless you pumped the handle as if on a waterwell. The window did not lock. The walls were paper thin and you could hear the noises from the other rooms and the hallway. The elevator was slow and the stairs narrow and awkward. I cho...
