Pros (+) The building is superbly designed and the room was tastefully furnished. Comfortable one night stay with darkened curtains/blinds which made for a good night's sleep. Easy to locate and ample parking space. We did not use the spa facilities but if we had stayed longer we would have tried them out.
Cons (-) We arrived around 10:30pm after driving almost 200 miles from South London. Although tired and hungry, we put up a smile as we approached the front desk. We were shocked to receive a poor welcome. The lady behind the counter had an air of complete lack of interest.
