Pros (+) The bed was so comfortable! I'm a side-sleeper and rarely sleep on my back at home. But here, the bed was so comfortable that I knocked out on my back the whole night. And the customer service at the front desk was very polite and friendly.
Pros (+) No bed bugs in the room, yes I checked.
Cons (-) Carpet so dirty the bottoms of my feet were black in the 3 steps to the bed.
