Pros (+) Nothing. Would not recommend this hotel.
Cons (-) Excessive attention at check-in; offers to carry by carry-on bag and lead me to my assigned room -- I;m not an invalid. Don;'t appreciate the in-your-face-working-for-a-tip culture. Breakfast area was poorly laid out, and dirty. Business Center was inaccessible because they had rented out the access room to get to the business center. Cons (-) i was not given the room type i booked and paid for , and the reservation was made months before my stay. i had to move rooms but only after i complained . very bad service imho. buffet breakfast was incomprehensible, street in front of hotel is grim . would not recommend this hotel. Oberoi better however the concierge was excellent . and one gal at reception desk was clever and helpful.
Pros (+) The stuff was amazing and full of genuine care. The facility is great and very clean. Specially if compared to the rest in India.
