Pros (+) Customer service. Manager who spoke English was incredibly helpful and accommodating. All staff was nice but she went over and beyond to make sure my stay was enjoyable...including making sure a taxi was available, which definitely wasn't always the case. Staff promptly brought anything I needed to the door (e.g. Shaver, shower cap). Staff was friendly and if someone didn't know English, they did ...
Cons (-) Taxis were VERY difficult to obtain, even if I reserved one or requested that the front desk have one ready. I waited for 10-15 minutes for a car, which was a huge inconvenience when trying to get to a conference.

Cons (-) Bed was too firm, but that is normal in Japan. Some reception staff didn't speak English.

Pros (+) Extremely clean, great wifi
Cons (-) Bed was too firm, but that is normal in Japan. Staff could speak better English; only one attendant was fluent and the others were very difficult to communicate with, although they were all exceptionally friendly and accommodating.
