Cons (-) Carpet smells humity close to pool, need change for tiles
Cons (-) It was gross.ch caked in and got to the room. Bed sheets were torn, security latch broken off, we were only in the room 10 minutes and started breaking out with a rash. Staff was mediocre. We did not stay
Pros (+) Room was cleaned. Kitchen was ok
Cons (-) Employee at check in was not friendly and/or eager to help. Did not gave us any information about what was available, like continental breakfast time, location of other amenities in the hotel.
Pros (+) The staff was great. They where very friendly and attentive. The rooms where clean and I will be returning for sure on my next visit in town.
Cons (-) When we were checking in staff requested my credit card and ID. He proceeded to take my credit card and ID to the back room when the credit card had already been run on the card runner at the front desk. He was in the back for a good 10 minutes. When we checked out he refused to give me a receipt. He also refused to tell me how much the holding deposit was at check in. I will never stay here again...

Cons (-) The staff was terrible and irresponsible "lost" my reservation extension twice. Treated me like I was stupid and was too lazy to look in the computer to check for my information. Pathetic
Pros (+) Hotel is reasonably close to Disney attractions and there are lots of restaurants in the area.
Cons (-) Hotel doesn't have enough linens for all the rooms. Bring a couple yourself. Also the hotel is kind of hidden behind some closed restaurants.

Cons (-) Mattress springs made lots of noise, humid, room smelled like mold, killed a couple bugs. Had young kids with us and couldnt wait to leave.
