Pros (+) The hotel has excellent location and it's easily accessible. It's priced very well. Also, nice breakfast.
Cons (-) Last time I got a good room, but this time it was awful with an old bed and a horrible mattress that kept me waking in the night.

Pros (+) The hotel has it has a great location, good security, breakfast is good, has cleaned up image by removing strip club.
Cons (-) Beds are not that good, but no beds are good in Eastern Europe, also all of Ukraine uses central heat so fall in early spring rooms can be cold, but all hotels of be that way. Pool is smaller, but had to myself when I used it.
