Pros (+) Pergo floors instead of carpet, BUT they were very dirty. Good for traveling with pets.
Cons (-) They obviously dosed the rooms with Febreeze, which I am very allergic to. Had to switch rooms after instant asthma attack, and leave the door open with the fans on full force for an hour plus. Then, in the morning, instead of the wakeup call I'd asked for, I awoke to the smell of cigarette smoke coming in the fan blowing outside air in. Pros (+) This is not my first stay but was the worst. My young brother in law left an item in the room and when we xame back for it they said it wasn't there and wouldn't let us go check ourselves. We knew we left ut on the bed so someone there kept it.

"Free" wifi was slower than the old 56K dial-up modems, couldn't even get enough signal strength (AT&T) to make telephone calls. Pros (+) My room was big and comfortable and well-kept. The rooms have recently been renovated and feature hardwood floors and new dressers and beds, The clerk was very helpful and friendly and amusing. Great place for the value.
Cons (-) TV was on the small side. Shower hardware was a little old. Otherwise, everything was great.
