Cons (-) No remote in the room but they brought another that didn’t work then changed out the TV to match the remote. There was not hot water for the shower in the morning. The room seemed dirty. The location is good but the rooms are very old and dingy.

Pros (+) Nothing!!!!
Cons (-) After a 3 hour trip we got to the hotel to find out it had been closed by the board of health. No one contacted me, they said they had. The owner argued with me and told me how I was lucky they were willing to send me somewhere else, which was 30 minutes further from my original hotel. I will NEVER go back to that hotel even after the issues are fixed. Their customer service skills suck!!! Stay aw...

Pros (+) Jacuzzi in room plus huge shower with multiple shower heads for two.
Cons (-) Booked room and stated included jacuzzi but when check in told not in room so had to upgrade & pay extra.

Cons (-) Room was filthy. You could see the grime built up on all the tables in room. All of the wallpaper in room and hallways is falling off. I've been coming here for over 20 years and they have never redecorated at all.

Pros (+) We loved that we were overwhelmed with the scent of bleach when we opened the three room door, to the point we even had to air out the room by opening the window. This might be a negative to some people but to us it means that we didn't have to clean the tub ourselves to be sure it was clean. Front desk person in the AM was very cheerful and efficient (can't say the same about when we checked in)
Cons (-) Luckily my husband and I could tell the difference between clean and things (such as the mirror in the bathroom and the plug in the tub) needing replacements or updates (but I'm sure it is tackled on the off season.

Cons (-) This place was pretty scary. The windows of the hotel look like they haven't been washed in years. There was water damage spots and paint chipping in the rooms. There was a giant jacuzzi tub which I didn't understand the purpose of. The bed/sheets seemed clean but the rooms in general were gross.

Cons (-) Room was very outdated and smelled. Bathroom was disgusting. However it was a slight step up from the first room they tried giving us that smelled like mold.
