Pros (+) Concierge level was brilliant. Excellent health club with flexible child care options. pleasant location.
Cons (-) Shame about other guests with attitude. A couple of snooty types can ruin the impression of everyone.
Pros (+) The staff was exceptional. The grounds were amazing. We did one of the free fitness classes which was really good. Look forward to coming back!

Pros (+) Service at this hotel is wonderful From the time you step out of the car till the time you leave, the staff is welcoming and helpful. Always polite and curteous The trails are wonderful for walking or running and the pools are warm and inviting. The health club/exercise area is kept clean and the staff is there to assist you in any way necessary.
