Pros (+) Staff was very friendly Heated pool was nice on a cool evening Very close to Galleria
Pros (+) The bed linens and bathroom were all very clean
Cons (-) I wasn't very happy that parking was extra. However the secured gates were nice
Pros (+) The room was clean and spacious. Majority of the staff were great but a couple lazy ones. I would definitely stay there on my next trip .
Cons (-) Few staff did short cut on cleaning room but the room was done very well most of the time. Overall the Hampton was great.
