Pros (+) Peaceful and clean environment with excellente service.
Pros (+) Quiet. Clean. Friendly Desk Clerks. Friendly Housekeeping Staff. Spacious room. Good lighting. Good room darkeners, for daytime sleeping. Comfortable beds. Coffee pot in room (but no filters). Nice furnishings and decor. Nightly Rate was below $50 before taxes (online discount). Weekly rates are compatible. Grounds kept nice.
Cons (-) Rust in the tub, (the second stay). Rust on refrigerator doors. A couple of unsightly clunkers in the rear lot (probably extended stayers), But we all shall know hard times. Gotta be on the look out, or you will miss the entry driveway. LOL
Cons (-) Hookers and drug addicts.
Pros (+) Except for the aspects in which we were disappointed, it was OK. We expected more for the money. Won't be coming back.
Cons (-) Socks picked up "stuff" from the floor. Was non-smoking room that still smelled like something, but couldn't tell what. People hanging around outdoors talking loudly into the wee hours of the night and came out again early in the morning! Had to turn on the A/C to drown them out; the A/C was really loud. Bathroom had obvious down-grade from a more luxurious interior.
