Pros (+) Clean place with great location, Mrt exit is just right infront the buiding. Close and convenient to most things. Good place to sleep but not to spend much time indise as the room is quite small.
Cons (-) The room is small that ur big luggage will block your walk way. Also I really doubt can the room really fit for 2persons? O do have a major trouble with air-ventilation as there was always some smell in the room but not so intense. The towels that they provided had really weird smell.
