Pros (+) The hotel was lovely-clean, beyond comfortable, great breakfast. The staff made it stand out, especially Tham who answered all of our questions with a smile on her face. We loved it here and would definitely stay again.
Cons (-) As with all the hotels, you have to leave your key for the air conditioning to work. Small downside, but understandable.
Pros (+) It was an excellent 4-Star Hotel in all aspects. Had no issues, problems, or concerns. They even provided a complimentary shuttle to the beach where the had partnered with a nice little restaurant on the beach so we had free lounge chairs (the really nice ones) and free umbrellas (the really nice kind). Could not have been more pleased. The price of the items in the mini bar were also most reasona...
Cons (-) Hotel Spa services prices were a bit high compared to my earlier 4-Star Vietnamese hotel.
