Location was the best feature, close to the parkway with a creek, trolley stop, and restaurants nearby. Staff was very friendly. Great value. We enjoyed our stay very much!

Pros (+) Close to everything and comfortable beds. We had a nice balcony that overlooked the courtyard. The staff was nice and it was an easy check out. Nice Flat screen TV.
Cons (-) The hotel was very dated and needed a lot of repairs. The shampoo was in small packets instead of bottles and our toilet paper and tissues were left empty when the maids cleaned our room on the second day. If you can get the room for under $50 it is worth it due to the location. The room itself is not worth more than $40 per night.
Pros (+) RIght in the middle of all the action in Gatlinburg. Didn't have to drive in the traffic. Clean. Nice staff. Loved the balcony. Comfortable beds. Large room.
