Pros (+) The rooms were very nice and uncramped. Nicely seperated the key areas...toilet/shower, sleeping area, relaxing place, etc.
Cons (-) Breakfast could have been better. But I guess you get what you paid for.

Pros (+) Location has lots of restaurants neary
Cons (-) The manager of the breakfast area was rude, and every morning around 9:30 she and the other staff would take over the buffet and eat, gossip, etc. I had never seen that before!
