Pros (+) Room had a full kitchen with basic kitchen supplies (plates, cups, pans, etc) and a fireplace! New carpets, furniture, bedding.

Cons (-) This was the only time I have ever had concerns for my family's safety, and by far, was our worst hotel experience ever. There were large groups of people who stayed in the room above us who were very loud, stomped up and down the stairs, yelling profanity loudly outside our room, and were otherwise very disruptive at all hours of the morning. Pros (+) The office employees were always welcoming and helpful. The breakfast was very well stocked and the food was good. My room was clean and everything I needed except dish soap was in the kitchen area. I especially appreciated having the automatic ice maker in the refrigerator so I didn't have to trek to an ice machine.
