Pros (+) Room was clean, rest of the hotel was kind of rough. Had fire damage that yet be repaired at rear entrance, doing some renovations so wasn't very clean around reception area.
Cons (-) Good value for what we wanted, nothing fancy, but the rooms were clean & beds were new & comfortable.
