Pros (+) Front desk staff was nice, but no followup on requests made.
Cons (-) Dirty. Dirty. Dirty. On day 2 of visit, reported that whirlpool was not warm; front desk agreed to look into it and report back. No report back. Cold for the rest of the day/night. Check in process after hours was horrible. Waited 20 minutes in the rain while someone from another resort came by to check me in. (btw, he jumped the fence to get in; not sure if he had a key to the front gate or not)....
