Pros (+) Staff was friendly and location was good. Just a short walk to the beach and shops. Good value.
Cons (-) Mattress was basic and pretty firm. The room, in particular the bathroom, was dated and in need of renovations. The pool was right in front and not very private from the street or other rooms. Decorative fountains had green water that needed to be cleaned.
