Pros (+) The building looked beautiful, and it was close to the Tuscan country side. Staff was very helpful and the food was really good.
Cons (-) There isn't really much negative things to say here, however I would improve the shuttle service to different locations, ex the Terminal. Also, TV has to have more English channels , that helps relax after a long day of walking.
Pros (+) the old world feel in the rooms.
Cons (-) The interior in the public spaces could use some serious attention! It feels cheap and not on the level of a genuine 5 star hotel. Overall needs tasteful direction and overhaul. Restaurant bill for 2 was almost 90 euros for 2 glasses of wine, 2 pastas, and 1 dessert. Each glass of house wine they offered me was 16 euros each.
