And the hotel not the same and the location. Now, we are putting the matter under your hand in order to return all the amount to our credit card account because we not found what you deducted the amount for. We are waiting to hear from you as soon as possible otherwise we will arise a claim and announce in the media about this problem and explain what happened with us.

Cons: Valet staff out front continue to be a leaderless, snotty group. Untrained, uncoordinated mob of young men that ruin the hotel experience - same as my previous visit here 18 months ago. Disappointing. Bed is very uncomfortable - left with a sore back.

Pros: Staff worked very hard in reception and are busy trying to help everyone. Well staffed and friendly in reception. The hotel allowed us to store bags after we had checked out. The cleaning staff also arranged towels to look like two swans kissing. My girlfriend enjoyed this.
Cons: Spa was very average. The people working in it seemed disappointed they had to work. Also spoke in their local language most of the time. The room wasn't as clean as it needed to be found items from the previous guest. TV and phone didn't work at first. When we rang we found the people on the phone here. The pool is very shaded and does not get warm. I liked this hotel but I feel it was just below 4 star standards.

Pros: We loved the hotel. It was in a good location near the Mall of Emirates. The Sharaf DG station a NYC block away from the hotel. We had a 2-bedroom suite. It had everything...a full kitchen with a large dining table, each bedroom had an ensuite bathroom. I had a queen bed in the master and my niece had 2 twins in her room. Oh, off the living room there was a 1/2 bathroom too. We didn't use the restaurant but room service was good and quick! We did stop by the cafe a few times. Each time my latte was perfect and the pastries were good. The staff were all friendly and helpful (with one exception see my dislikes).
Cons: I'm use to a comfy bed at home and their bed is very firm. I didn't have the best sleeping experience. Also, the wifi access was hit or miss (the hotel mgr says they are working on this). Don't use the hotel taxi, it's a ripoff!! We asked for a cab to Aquaventure and was charged 60 AED. When we return using a regular metered taxi the rate was 24 AED. I didn't like the feeling of being taking advantage of because we are tourists.

Pros: In addition to being a real five star property who really insists on excellence in service, there is really everything you need on site. See real good restaurants, a pub, spa, gym, the pool, a large outside lounge next to the pool with live dj in the evenings where you can hang out and smoke a shisha. Many people from outside come here after work or in the weekends. The metro is in walking distance (10 minutes), a great way through move around. We took the "club" package which gives you access to a more private breakfast space, also afternoon tea and evening snacks and cocktails. This is good value, especially if you plan to simply relax and spend much time in and around the hotel.
Cons: Depending on what activities you plan to do, the tcom location may not be the best.

Cons: Night club noisy Next door baby crying and father singing Telephone needed technician to visit the room and then go back down stairs to make possible to call inside Dubai Reported maintenance issues three times and was promised a call back by duty manager, no call nor message: 1- shows glass door coming off its rails can fall and break 2- Mirror light in bathroom not working 3- shows is moldy on the inside. Internet dies at times. they reset it once ok for a while then slow again No plastic bags for laundry Room access card slot which is the first thing you'd see in the room, was either dirty or had marks that looked like dirt. Small flies/insects coming out of the drain opening in the middle of the bathroom. I extended by phone one additional day and on arrival by one day, the room access card was not updated and had to come down the second day to sort the card out, wasted trip after a working day.
