The location in the Heart of Albarsha is excellent, but I feel let down by my stay.. The studio rooms do not have any street view and are deprived of natural sunlight, which is very disappointing. Moreover, this information was not made clear in the photos and description of the room on the website. My biggest disappointment, however, was the front desk. I had the worst ever experience during check-in. The team was very unprofessional and unhelpful. When I asked to speak to the manager to complain about the room, they called him - his name was Georg. Instead of offering any solutions, he simply said, “I can help you sir by cancelling your reservation”. This response was completely unacceptable and left me feeling extremely frustrated and dissatisfied, especially since I made a nonrefundable through broker's website
