Cons (-) The entire stay. The room was extremely dirty with broken furniture. No one came to clean the room or change the towels the entire time we were there. The people above us were really noisy. The carpet was filthy. The dresser was broken. The comforter had holes in it. The cable channels were missing some. Room was cold for a long time till the heat kicked in.

Pros (+) I had not that good experience during staying 2 nights there. First, at night I heard many noise and sound from people hanging out outside. The room next to my room had s... and screamed so loud all night. I like the room but I think the environment is not good for stay, especially woman. Staff were nice.

Pros (+) we were greeted with a smile and received great service when checking in. check out staff was also very friendly and professional. Found out we paid 9 dollars extra from hotels.com best to call hotels for prices first. Our room was very clean and the bed was Comfortable. Highly satisfied and great value.
