Pros (+) The elevator appears to be going through an upgrade but the hotel needs a complete upgrade besides the The room , the room was really nice, clean and quiet. I felt the hotel was rather expensive though. Forgot my daughters phone in the room when we left and it was still there when we got back. Excellent staff, very friendly and honest.
Cons (-) The walls walking to our door were scuffed badly really needs new wallpaper or a paint job.
Pros (+) Staff was very nice. Coffee in the morning and the cookies in the afternoon or a pleasant surprise. Rooms were clean and comfortable

Pros (+) 12pm checkout, free water, complimentary drink for my birthday, location, shuttle service, free breakfast for my birthday, good room setup, quiet, staff was super nice!
