Pros (+) The staff was extremely helpful and kind. I stayed for 3 nights, went to Machu Picchu for a night and returned for another 2 nights. They offered for me to leave my luggage in the room. The room was spacious and has a bathtub. Perfect for relaxing after a hike.
Cons (-) The neighbourhood is safe but noisy. It is a safe walk to Plaza Mayor even at night along the main roads. But the street the hotel is located is lined with garages, which can be noisy. Ear plugs are needed if you are a light sleeper.
