Pros (+) Proximity to beach. Good price.
Cons (-) Room was dirty. Carpet needs replaced. my wife wouod not walk barefoot in room. Room smelled like fried chicken. Had to buy two candles to burn when we were in the room as well as air freshener. Breakfast is poor.

Cons (-) The room is kinda pricey considering that there is no pool. Also, it is a street back from ocean views. the room had a dank smell though it appeared to be clean. oh yeah. loud noise coming from the floor above mine...maid service slams doors up and down the entire floor

Pros (+) I like this hotel because the close proximity of the beach. Rates are reasonable for being on the island. It is cheaper than surrounding hotels. I like that there is a small kitchen area for people who may stay longer. Breakfast was okay. They have a waffle maker which was the best. I could sea the ocean from my room!
Cons (-) Floors were dirty. Not a lot of choices for breakfast. Was hoping for fresh fruit or yogurt but there was none. rooms were pretty clean. The only thing is there was only 2 cart Dolly's to carry your luggage and there was always people waiting to use it for check in/check out. So make sure to use it early before the crowd gets there. Would stay here again.
