Pros (+) Everything about the hotel was amazing. Friendly staff throughout the property, beautiful modern rooms with perfect beds, intelligent use of technology, great meals for breakfast, lunch, and supper.

Cons (-) It's a personal thing but I would have loved a bath, no room option was available. Also my TV didn't work. What completely baffled me was the requirement to pay 150DKK to use the pools (staff reminded me that they were not in fact pools but spas). Let's be realistic though.. They were small pools! Absolutely beautiful there and peaceful but I could only justify using it once over my two week stay ...

Cons (-) Poor service. From not helping with luggage, making excuses, promising shuttles at wrong times etc. I'd stay away from this property l. Marriott should really review the management here.
