Pros (+) The staff was extremely accommodating and friendly. We stayed at this hotel due to a flight being cancelled. I called the hotel to have their shuttle pick us up at the airport. Cheryl from Best Western answered and was very quick to respond and send a driver. She even called me when they were close to arriving. the shuttle drivers are also super friendly. Pros (+) Antwone was the front desk clerk and he was more than hospitable. After a long day of having my travel plans interrupted by the Pope's visit and the lack of communication with US Airways, Antwone patiently answered the phone and provided any comforts needed at the hotel. Being offered bagels at midnight and getting a call asking if I wanted a wake up call was better than being at Grandma's house.

Pros (+) The staff and shuttle drivers were friendly and helpful. The airport shuttle was very convenient and there was a Seven Eleven market right next door. It was also very quiet! Well equiped room with microwave and fridge.
