Pros: customer service was great - pick-up and drop-off easy and convenientCons: had a flat tire and found out that it would cost me $74 to have it changed because I did not choose the roadside assistance package for $8 per day. This, I feel, is grossly unfair.
Pros: Very upsetting experience. Between Kayak or the rental car place, they had the wrong information about my rental car drop-off. Pros: Jay, the Enterprise agent, was terrific! He was professional, courteous, & ensured I was happy with the rental. The other agents in the office were equally pleasant.Cons: The car does not come with a full tank. This appears to be a cheap way of getting free gas as most people most likely give you more than they got.

Cons: There was no manual for the car. Since it had lane assist and auto bright lights I wasn’t sure how to adjust those settings. I wish rental agencies could give a “cheat sheet” of the vehicle at pick up. How to tune the radio, where gas tank door opener is located, things like that.

Pros: We arrived late and the Budget counter was closed, but had a sign that said to go to Avis. The ladies at that counter helped us quickly and easily. The car was nice, new and clean. Checking back in was straight forward and easy. Thanks!

Interior filthy, no washer fluidPros: Check in and drop off quick at HPN. Reasonably priced.Cons: Budget counter at airport closed. I got there at 3:00pm. They had a sign to see the AVIS counter. They did have a sign that due to the snow, car exteriors were not cleaned which was fine with me. I wasn't expecting the interior to be filthy. Dried up dirty brown snow stains all over and debris all over the back cargo area. No windshield washer fluid which was needed due to snow and road dirt/salt. Purchased a gallon and vehicle took all of it.

Cons: Car had almost 40,000 miles. Interior and exterior of vehicle was dirty. "Change oil light" warning would come on every time car was started and would stay on. Vehicle rode rough and was noisy.
Pros: The counter person was excellent. She had a great attitude and was very helpful. I booked in advance and it was a very easy and quick process to get the car.

Friendly Rental Agent!Pros: Our rental agent at the White Plains Airport was very friendly and helpful. She upgraded our car just to be nice which was great! Returning the car was easy and the agents were fun and had a good sense of humor which always puts a smile on your face. Great deal for the money!

InterestingPros: White plains airport is an interesting one. The rental lot is quite far from the check in counter. After the first car reserved was a large SUV and I requested a small sedan, I had to walk back and forth between the lot and counter a few more times than wanted. The agent at the counter more than compensated my trouble and upgraded my car to a Mustang, and kept the same rate! Made it all worth it!

Disorganized!Pros: Got to counter at 11:15 for 12 noon rental, 45 minutes early for pickup. Yet as I was signing for car,?i realized my rate had gone up. She told me it was because she was charging me an extra hour for pickup. She didn't mention that I was early, nor ask if I wanted to drop off at same time or if I'd be returning at 11:15 on Sunday. Just tacked on extra. when I asked about it, she and the other agent at the counter both had a huge attitude attack and became incredibly snippy. They were very slow and disorganized and seemed confused about where my car was. I finally got out to parking lot and was pulling out, when the parking lot agent ran after me waving frantically. I stopped and he said "They want you to come back into counter". I told him I was late and asked what the problem was. He said "Theh gave you the wrong car and they need you to bring the keys back to them." The parking lot guy apologized...I told him they needed to get their butts up (sorry), and bring the keys out to ME quickly so that I might be on my way! 10 minutes later, the counter agent strolled out and gave my car to another customer and then made me unload and carry my own bags to another car (essentially the SAME car/diff color)! Seriously rude. Not sure I ever want to rent from you guys at HPN again!Cons: Disorganization and ATTITUDE Next to zero customer service.

Cons: I gave them my driver's license a copy and a confirmation of the rental agreement and a my credit card. The girl kept asking me for the confirmation on my cell phone. I showed her what I had but I gave her the printout of the confirmation they would not rent me the car. I prepaid for this car and did not receive the car.
