They were friendly, made upgrade free from VW Passat to Kia Sportage (is it real upgrade or still same?), car was almost new (only 4300km), permitted later to return car in same (as pick-up) location to prevent paying fine (55 euro). After all, was very goodCons:

Cons:
I paid for the extra insurance through Kayak, but when I picked up the car in Vilnius I was forced to buy separate insurance for over $150. That means that the insurance Kayak sold me was no good. Also, when I dropped the car off the company is claiming I caused damage when there was already damage indicated for the area in question when I picked it up. The company in Lithuania was not actually Hertz, but something called Ace. I feel like I'm being scammed robbed by this company but can do nothing about it.2.0 Poor

My credit card covers all insurances when I book the car. When I ordered the car I denight all not necessary insurance payments when I arrived they charged me more then $ 130.00 for the " Mandatory insurance ".2.0 Poor
