EZ Car Rental St Lucia WIPros: Ease/Speed in which car was made available. Spouse was placed in car with AC running while I did the paperwork. Location of office which was just outside arrival hall.Cons: Hard to tell. Staff was mostly courteous and attentive

NEVER will I ever rent from Sixt again!Pros: The replacement car I got after the original car was returned. I must say that the gentleman who walked us to our cars and who got me a replacement car was so far superior to the desk staff that I suggested he find employment elsewhere where customer satisfaction matters.Cons: I have traveled for business all over the world for more than 40 years and have never encountered a worst rental car experience than the one I had with Sixt in St Lucia. It was so bad that not one of us (we rented three cars) would ever consider using Sixt again anywhere! It started with your staff at the check in desk where it took us more than 90 minutes to get our cars. The ladies at the desk were not in any way friendly, apologetic or courteous as they were checking in cars while we waited and waited. Then they told us that there were no cars as people were returning their vehicles late. Next we got into a lengthy discussion over our paying for a full tank of gas up front and a US$1,000 charge up front for possible damages. Finally we got on the road and the front end of my car was so bad that I thought a wheel was falling off. On our return we encountered the same two ladies with the same attitude problem. That is when we made ourselves a promise to NEVER use Sixt in any place in the world.

Different car then orderedPros: It was cleanCons: The tires were bald, the steering was dodgy, it was not the vehicle described in the ad, that being the vehicle I thought I was paying for. They added cost not described online at all. I ended up paying an extra $250USD. It also took a very long time to get the vehicle at pick up. oh, and they charged my credit card in Europe, so the number online I thought I was paying was even more. Never again with this company or kayak.

Rental in Saint LuciaPros: Car was relatively clean and handled the winding mountain roads. Drop off was easy. Staff was friendly and accommodating.Cons: I reserved a full-sized SUV months in advance because we have a large group doing work at a local hospital with some equipment and gear. Reserved through ACE but the local company was called Drive-o-matic. When I arrived I was given a much smaller car and they were very annoyed when I asked to be given a car of the corresponding size and price I had already payed. Eventually she located a vehicle that would suit our group. Car not great quality compared to what I had last year when I used SIXT. Probably will not rent through ACE again.

Pros: NothingCons: Poor customer service, we reserved a Jeep Liberty or similar and the lady gave us a Jimny arguing that she didn't have anything else and the only thing that she could do was giving us a refund which at that time would meant to be stucked in the airport which is 1 hour and a half far way from our hotel. Very poor customer service. The lady said that Kayak wasn't a reliable source and that she wasn't obligated to honor what the reservation said, which is unbelievable as I always use Kayak and this is the very first time that I have a situation like this.
Takes AwhilePros: It takes awhile to get the vehicle (45 minutes) and we were second in line. One man show and not the most efficient process. The car was fine not a full tank but didn't expect it to return full. Liked the keep left decal on the dash
