Cons: Taking the deposit in full and having to wait days for it to be returned is a massive pain and the rental agent has the power to decide how much to return with you unable to discuss it with them. No feedback on the return of deposit

Cons: Vehicle maintenance. Car cleaning. Speed of service. Instead of giving printed forms, it is better to send them to email, etc., in addition to the scratches that the vehicle and other defects send and save digitally.

Cons: I ordered a Mitsubishi Grandis. They gave me a smaller car, no air conditioning in the back seats, in the summer, without telling me this ahead of time. When I realized it, I informed them, but they said it was after the 3 hour window from the time I took the car, so was charged for 1 day.

Pros: Unhelpful staff, disorganized and rude.Cons: Car wasnt ready, rental process was too long and tedious, couldnt rent for 24 hrs as normal, because office was closed next day for elections. Understand that is a holiday, but they need to make accommodations and plan ahead for this instead of telling customers they need to return the car in 5 hrs.

They insisted on giving me a smaller car (which I ended up picking with seat down to fit the luggage) while saying it's the same car class and it's the agency problem that they didn't give them correct information.

You have to stop and ask where to parkPros: She was great and fixed a mistake that the Tel Aviv office made because they charged us too much.Cons: It would be nice to have a sign outside of where to return the car. One person had to run inside and get instructions while the other person sat on the side of the road.

Cons: Location is very hard to find and I had to wait more than 1 hour to finally get he car as the personnel was not proactive and had difficulties with the online booking.
