Pros (+) The staff was so kind and helpful. We stayed at this hotel as our halfway stop on our way to Orlando and back to Chicago. They were so helpful.
Cons (-) The hotel in general and our room had a musty smell. When we pulled open the sofabed that our adult daughter was sleeping on, the sheets and blanket were in a wadded up mess. Ugh.

Pros (+) The hotel looks like it was remodeled inside. It was very nice and clean. The bed was very comfortable. It was a great hotel with very professional and kind staff.
