Cons (-) Our first impression of the place was speaking through a thick wall of glass to a woman who didn't have a big girl voice. When we finally got to our room, it was on the 2nd floor and non-smoking. From the sketchy environment outside to the tiny little box of a room we were confined to-this place was horrible.
