Cons (-) The pool did not appear to be very clean and the hot tub wasn't hot either night we stayed. We notified the front desk the first night and were told it was repaired. It was not. It also appeared to be not very clean.

Pros (+) Great location, friendly staff, and great outside seating area by the pool to relax. Price for the room was in line for other hotels in the same area. Easy drive to the historic district.
Cons (-) Room was nice but needed to be updated. The carpeting was old and the bathroom area could use a face lift. It wouldn't deter me from staying there again though.
