Summary of reviews
Guests say
Guests consistently praised the hotel's convenient location near malls and attractions, as well as the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff. However, many reviews noted issues with cleanliness, particularly in rooms and bathrooms, and several guests experienced maintenance problems such as broken locks, outdated facilities, and malfunctioning air conditioning. While some found the hotel to be a good value, others felt it did not meet expectations due to these shortcomings. Overall, the hotel is seen as well-located with good service, but in need of better upkeep and cleanliness.AI-Generated from customer reviews
